What we collect
When you ask for a free audit on this site, we receive what you type into the form: your website, the kind of practice, the goals you pick, your name, your email and, if you add it, your phone number. We also note how you reached the site (the referring page and any campaign tag in the link) and count visits with a random number stored in your browser, so we can see which steps people finish.
What we do with it
We use it to write your audit and reply to you. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else. The form is stored on Cloudflare, and a copy is emailed to us.
Sondr Docs
When a practice asks us for a written review, we make it as a Google Doc in our own Google Drive and send the practice a view link. Our app asks Google only for access to the files it creates itself (Google's drive.file permission), so it cannot see anything else in any Drive, and we never ask for access to yours.
Emails from us
We write to practices at the business addresses they publish. Reply "no" to any of our emails and we will not write again.
